Climbing is physical exercise. Climbing is puzzle. Climbing is chatting with your pals. Climbing is a feeling every part of your body. Climbing is really really wanting to accomplish something and recognizing that sometimes your body just can't do it.

There are so many different ways to get better at climbing. I love that there's always something to focus on, whatever it migt be: footwork, body positioning, body strength, efficient/energy minimizing moves, figureing out the puzzle of how to do a given weird move, and endurance.

I cimb 3-4 times per week at Movement Gowanus, if you do too then I would love to climb with you! I generally split my time 70/15/15 TR/Lead/Boulder so certainly happy to do any of those with you.

Despite climbing for 5+ years I still have never climbed outside, I've tried 3 times and each time I was fully rained out. If you would be interested in going against fate and taking a bad omen with you outdoor climbing I Would certainly love to give outdoors another shot!
